Purpose:

To improve the ergonomic position of working on a laptop, we designed a laptop stand that could be adjusted in both heights and angles to provide the most flexibility for users' needs. The most important aspect is compatibility, which we achieved by using a foldable "sunglass" design. We used FEA simulation and wrote a Matlab script to calculate the reaction forces exerted by a 10 lb laptop (our extreme user case).
